These terms govern access to and use of ervadox.com and related services provided by Ervadox (ABN 41 852 739 114). By placing an order you accept these terms together with any specific contract terms provided with a quote or invoice.
All sales are subject to availability, lead times and our acceptance in writing. Custom, bespoke and made-to-measure products are non-standard; specifications are agreed at order confirmation. Photographs and samples are indicative only; natural materials vary.
Prices exclude delivery unless expressly stated. Quotes are valid for the period noted. Payment and deposit terms are as set out in your invoice or contract.

Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to remedies where goods or services fail to meet consumer guarantees. This includes acceptable quality, fitness for disclosed purpose, and accurate descriptions.
Where a failure is major, you may choose a refund, replacement or compensation for reduction in value. For minor failures, we may offer repair.
Our returns policy does not exclude your ACL rights. Custom items are generally not returnable for change-of-mind.

Ervadox provides warranty cover on workmanship and materials for the period specified at sale. Standard coverage: 3 years on structural workmanship; finishes and hardware have warranty periods per manufacturer and product type. Warranty is subject to proper use, maintenance and installation.
All design content, images, drawings, CAD files, product names and website content remain the intellectual property of Ervadox unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce or use our designs for commercial purposes without permission.
If you commission bespoke design work, ownership and license terms will be set out in your quote or contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ervadox's liability for loss or damage arising from goods or services is limited to remedies available under the ACL and, where permitted, to repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity except where such exclusions are prohibited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve disputes. If unresolved, parties may pursue remedies under Australian law, including ACL processes and relevant state tribunals or courts.
For consumers, nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights under the ACL.
